Players get to know some of the art,
characters, and world, as well as the team
behind the game.
Tech validation to deliver state-of-the-art
gameplay mechanics is also done at this
stage while also working on gameplay.
Scaling up the development team is the
focus of this stage.

Stage 1 (Done)

Feature freeze and rapid iterations culminate
in a game demo showcasing basic gameplay
and an alpha/beta builds of the game and
SDK. TGE is done at the end of this stage too,
kickstarting the economy of the game as
well.

Stage 2 (In-Progress)

Begins polish phase. The end of this stage
marks the end of the beta phase of the game
with its complete set of features, including
the first Act of the campaign, multiplayer
game modes, and community mods, as well as
the release of the production-ready SDK.

Stage 3 (To-Do)

After the game is released, the focus will be
back on the campaign, with the release of
the second Act. We will also add the features
we left out for the initial release, while adding
experimental modes, and more assets like
Units, Heroes, Artifacts, and maps.
